My farm is truly blessed © Kathy Ralph 2011 The Dog Bunny is my baby, she's white and cute and soft, She has the finest silky hair, without her I'd be lost. She came to me some years ago, a little ball of fluff, No matter how I try and try, I cannot love enough. The love she gives to me, she gives with all her heart, She really is a gift from God, I hope we never part. When I come from work at night, she runs right down the drive Her excitement just to see me, keeps my heart alive. When she eats, she lifts her paw, to keep her fingers clean, She is the cutest sweetheart, you have ever seen, She likes to take her food away and eat it on a mat, Then she rolls on her wee back so she can have a pat. At night when time to go to sleep, she jumps upon the bed, She snuggles on her pillow, upon it lays her head. Her little body reaches, for me throughout the night, And there she stays beside me 'til the call of morning light. I love to call her baby, for that is what she is, A little child forever, a truly special gift. She loves helping in the yard I don't care if he is a Rooster And she likes floating artound
