My farm is truly blessed © Kathy Ralph 2011 Baby Noisy Minor Bird As I was wandering back from the stables early one evening, I noticed this flapping going on in the horse's drinking water. On closer investigation it was this baby, Noisy Minor Bird, drowning and unable to get out. Panic stations! I fished him out, wrapped him in a towel and raced him to the house. Once inside I placed him, snuggly wrapped up into the cat carry cage. His little heart was racing…and I might add so was mine. I kept him warm and later when he had dried off and was looking as though he was much calmer, I opened the cage, he stayed for a while and then happily flew off. Free once more. He looks a little worse for wear, but he's alive and drying out. Almost back to normal. He's sitting on the lid of the cat cage contemplating whether he should stay or go.
