Magpies
Last year two Magpies started to join the Butcher Birds
for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. They are cheeky and
bold. They fly in onto the deck table; take the food out
of the bowl if you are not careful. They walk around the
cats without a care in the world and will even land on
the table if Stable Cat is on it.
This year they have presented me with three babies.
The babies are almost as big as their parents but as yet
unable to fend for themselves with Mum and Dad still
feeding them.
Here's the babies,

feed. They are very
demanding. Mum
and Dad seem to be
constantly busy with
the feeding process.
