The wild birds that come into
my world never cease to amaze
me. We humans are truly a pest
species, we are destroying their
habitat and they are having
to learn to live with humans.
Unlike us, they never complain
and are grateful to have at
least a small place they can
call home.
Little Pied Cormorant
When the Ducks are not up at the house
they all gather down at the dam, here
they are kept company by a Little Pied
Cormorant or Yellow-Faced Shag. He's also
a little camera shy but I have managed to
at least get a picture to show him to you.
