My farm is truly blessed

One afternoon I saw the little Kookaburra floundering around in the pool.
How he got there I have no idea. I raced down, fished him out with the
pool scoop, wrapped him in a towel and put him in the cat cage. He was
extremely cold and quivering from shock. Next job call the wild life carers
who assured me I had done the right thing.
After thawing out he
decided he was ready to
have a little snack. About an
hour later he was flapping
around letting me know
he was ready to fly off. So,
I opened the cage and he
swiftly returned to his home
amongst the gum trees.
Behind him he left a fascinating present. Now I have never
seen a Kookaburra pooh and I dare say not too many people
have so I just had to take a picture. Why? Well, when I got
the pooper scooper to dispose of it it broke apart, and there
to my complete amazement was a large stone.
This raises the question, do Kookaburras eat stones?
Do you know?
Later that evening he was back on the deck
waiting as usual for his supper.
